Place an offer to Acquire a Pi Application

Use this form if you’re interested in buying one of our existing Pi apps as a full project (source code, stack & app as-is; no white-label licensing).
You’ll also provide a public Pi wallet address so we can verify Proof of Funds manually.

We only need a public Pi wallet address that you control, so we can independently verify on-chain that there are enough funds to support the bid you are making. This is similar to showing a bank statement: you remain in full control of your wallet at all times. We will never ask for your passphrase, seed phrase, or any private keys, and we will not move or lock any of your Pi.

Note: We will manually verify the Pi wallet balance on-chain and then contact you by email for next steps.

All acquisitions are discussed individually (scope, assets included, transition period, etc.).
